Our Partners in Japan

Muroran Institute of Technology (Muroran)

The Muroran State Technical University (Muroran Institute of Technology) is located in the northern Japanese province of Hokkaido. It was founded in 1949 by the merger of two technical universities. Since then the university has specialized in technical subjects.

Currently we regularly receive students from the Muroran State Technical University in Zwickau. However, the cooperation provides also the opportunity for our Engineering students to spend one or more exchange semesters there.
